Today 's gist is about fitness.. Why should we keep fit? Are there some things we can gain from keeping fit? Because trust me keeping fit is part of being beautiful.
Getting time to time exercise makes your whole system work better, from digestion to every joint and vein in your body. It builds up your strength and pumps blood around your body, It improves your posture and gives stamina and it is better than dieting when you intend to lose weight.
Regular exercises brings more than physical fitness..
It helps to concentrate, feel more alert, it helps you to be stable and strong while dealing with problems, it helps you to have a relaxed and sound mind, it increases the life span (longevity), it prevents diseases, it improves self confidence, gives more energy and enhances good sleep..
. The list is inexhaustible . But let's go a little deeper into the benefits..
Prevention of diseases :
Exercise fends off disease better than anything pharmaceutical organizations could ever hope to sell. People have tried to bottle and sell it,(slimming teas) but there’s simply no substitute for the real thing. The healing components of exercise are so powerful that they scare sicknesses more than u can imagine . They tackle diabetes, heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, migraines …it will be safe to say 'Exercise is a powerful prevention against almost every disease...
Longevity :
If exercising regularly can prevent diseases then it can and will prevent death and when you are not dead you are living (laughs). As the most essential thing is to live.
It boosts self confidence :
Those with low or no self-confidence can gain confidence by simply doing a bit of simple exercise, such as walking, jogging or even working in the garden. The simple act of doing something healthy and productive for yourself can lift up your self-confidence. And you can get a good job just by being confident... You see how exercise can make your life beautiful or who doesn't want a good job?? Not me...(smiles)
Energy :
Spending energy to get more energy.(like the popular saying "spend money to get money") Exercise will give you more energy than cutting trees with an ordinary cutlass. Regular exercise plays a consistent role in reducing stress and improving energy.
A 5-15 minutes exercise daily can make you stronger, sleep better, live longer, look younger and it keeps you away from the doctors too...
